Which To Choose?

Bumpers surround the slab but don't protect the face or back from direct impact. They are a low cost method to protect your cards
Front Panel Guards
These are bumpers that features a 99.7% UV protected panel that protects the front of your slab as well as the sides. Middle ground in cost.
Magshields
Ultimate protection for your slabs. Aluminum casing, tempered glass protecting the front and back. Highest cost, most protection.

Is this just a Graded Guard knockoff backwards?

Putting a graded guard on backward reverses the intended fit, leaving the plastic backing on the front of the slab. This incorrect orientation grips the flat edge of the case rather than the rounded front, making removal difficult and risking cracked corners or stressing the factory seal.

We redesigned how the slab fits so that you don't risk cracking your slab. This is a Hobby Defense design that you cannot get anywhere else.

Yes, our guards are 99.7% UV protected

How Do I Install The Guard?

Install your PSA slab front down into the top of the guard and then push the rest of the slab in.

Which Slabs Will They Fit?

These will only fit PSA slabs. BGS, CGC and TAG are currently in development.

Will The Guards Fit In A Case?

Yes, our bumpers are designed to fit inside Hobby Defense cases. They
may fit in other popular brands as well but we cannot guarantee it.

Is It Compatible with Graded Guards

No, they will not stack with Graded Guards as we use a very different stacking method.

Absolutely love these front panel slabs. They protect my kid’s Pokemon cards as well as my graded basketball cards. We put the multicolor one on our Surging Sparks Special Illustration Rare Pikachu and it looks amazing. We put a purple and gold one on our 2008 Topps Kobe card where LeBron is guarding him and it turned out awesome. We put a red and black one on an Upper Deck Jordan reflections card and it looks so cool. I was skeptical at first because I saw it on a Facebook ad, but I am so glad I bought them. I got 6 so it came with free shipping. I am probably going to buy more very soon. Thanks for protecting the front side of my favorite cards!
