Light weight but very very solid. Super happy with this product will be purchasing more in the future. I also love the lock and handle ergonomic wise.

The card case is very similar to the Zion card cases. Even the locks look exactly the same. The only difference is the hobby defense case is smaller holds around 30 less PSA cases and is about $30 dollars cheaper.

This case allows for flexibility when setting up your card rows. Beats the plastic Tupperware I used previously.Great overall value!

This thing is definitely a heavy duty box. It looks and feels very high quality and is super sturdy. I have no doubt that this thing is going to keep my cards safe in any situation. The inside of the case is very plush as well. The foam is much sturdier than I have seen in other brands, where they shed and scuff super easily.I'm planning to go to a card convention in a couple of weeks and now I have something that I know will keep my cards safe while I'm walking around.

So I've collected baseball cards since I was a little girl. All the woman in my family did, going back generations. That being said, I have boxes of cards but I'm also not anywhere near an "avid" collector. This case is for the guy who keeps individual cards in hard plastic cases. I needed storage options beyond the hoards of albums but I didnt realize how serious this box was. It's fully lined with a foam core. Has additional foam pads to hold the rows in place. The locking latches are no joke. No one is getting in there without unlocking it first. The handle has a comfort sleeve and then everything is topped off with a shoulder strap. Gorgeous box. Really high end.

As soon as this thing arrived I knew it was a bit much for my needs, but it's still a good product with no issues. I was looking more for storage and portability, and this doesn't hold as many cards as I'd hoped, but if you have cards that hold value and want to keep them protected? This is absolutely what you're looking for!The case may be plastic but it feels SUPER durable, and as you can see in the pictures, the foam is very very thick and will protect your valuable cards. It comes with a shoulder strap and a few 1/2" thick foam dividers to separate your cards for you. These dividers are wide enough that they fit snugly in the wells, meaning they're not going to move around a lot.The most interesting thing here is the combination locks. The case is delivered unlocked, and inside is a guide on how to set your own combination. You will also notice that the locks have a keyhole; the guide also explains that you will not receive keys, these are for TSA to be able to open your case without knowing your combination, I guess.Overall if you have some pricey cards, this is gonna be a really good protective case to make sure they stay safe and retain their value.

I'm not the biggest collector but I do have some cards that I'd like to keep safe. This thing makes me feel like I'm pulling 1/1s all day long.

If you want a high end case made with the best quality materials to keep your cards safe and secure, then you need not look any further. They use EVA foam, which is the best foam for card storage cases, but Hobby defenses EVA foam is a cut above the rest, like they mention it doesn't shed like the cheaper versions, it has an elegant high end design on the top, and most importantly it doesn't have a horrible rubber smell to it like some other brands do.The shell is durable enough to stand on, while still being pretty light weight. It has a quality combination lock that works perfectly. The handle is super comfortable with the cushion, which makes this pain free while carrying it maxed out.Something unique that sets Hobby Defense apart from the rest is the comfortable shoulder strap, to be totally hands free while carrying your collect. Put all these features up to the competition, for the price you won't find any better.

This is a nice option for either compact storage of up to 140 PSA slabs (or different numbers of other companies or non-slabs), or if you need to travel somewhere with your slabs. The case seems solid enough with enough interior padding to protect the contents from any reasonable fall. The shoulder strap is much appreciated because you can fit about 15 pounds of slabs in the case. The only issue is that it had a bad odor when first opened, but I put it in the garage for a couple days and it was fine.

Hobby Defense has always made incredible cases. This one is no exception. I love the fact that its so spacious and wide. 4 rows of graded cards is an awesome sight to see.The box comes with a strap inside, making it easier to move around in. 8 dividers come with the box and they're made of foam. Its quite thick and seats very well to separate your cards.The latches make the box feel extremely secure. I love the way they sound. The handle is covered with a protective wrap that is easy to clean and remove. It makes holding it so much better.I find it quite lightweight, as opposed to how it may seem at first. This is a great investment for slab owners!

I've bought four graded card cases this year, and this is my new favorite. It shares a lot in common with my other cases, but there are some noticeable differences.The exterior appears to be made of a heavy plastic with metal corners. The panels are not magnetic, but the corners are. There is no doubt it'll protect your cards against drops and moderate impacts.Interior foam. The foam in the lid is the typical soft foam. I suppose it has to be so it can compensate for different heights. The foam in the bottom is a different story! It is no less than 3x more dense than the foam in my other three cases. The foam in the bottom is made to last...Padded handle. The handle itself isn't padded, but its wrapped with a pad thats held in place by Velcro. When loaded down these cases get heavy, and when you're carrying them all day this is a very welcomed quality of life upgrade.Locks/TSA Locks. This isn't exclusive to this box, but a toddler could pop them with nothing more than a screwdriver and 5 minutes. The locks will keep honest people honest.Reinforced hinges! Not only do you have the typical door style hinge, but there is a integrated metal piece to reinforce the hinge and limit travel. The lid is limited to opening 90*. Summary: This case costs two Jacksons more than my other cases, but its a small price to pay for the value of cards it'll hold and protect. When I outgrow this case I won't hesitate to to buy another.

The hobby defense card case is the best case I have seen for build quality. It also has nice foam spacers that keep your graded and raw cards snug. However, it's capacity is 25 percent less than a Zinho case and others that are significantly deeper and slightly wider. If only, Hobby Defense would make a case equal in size to others then they would earn my business. Unfortunately, capacity matters too. So I am searching for a case with Hobby Defense build yet the larger dimensions of competitors. I would also encourage Hobby Defense to look at the cases aesthetics as they are not as attractive as others and have no color options-even steel would be an improvement.

Highly quality card holder holder my carf perfectly nice handle. Very durable.Is heavy though. Once you get cards installed be aware of that. Does come with a shoulder harness

This is a great little case for storing and traveling with graded cards. Two rows the cards fit in tight as to keep them in place and unharmed, the lock system is great and adds that extra layer of protection. The weight of the case is great, it's a good weight showing It's made of good and strong material but not too heavy.

This is an amazing graded card case with a number pad lock but can also just be used as a universal storage lock box! The combo is easy to set and the instructions were clear! The foam inside can be removed if needed! 5/5

I ordered this graded storage box by Hobby Defense for a little different purpose than it was intended. Rather than graded trading cards, I use it to keep and transport graded coin slabs. The quality of this case is incredible from top to bottom. I'm never going to take it on flights, so the TSA lock is not important to me, however, I can see the value to that. Making a trip to the coin shop with this heavy duty and quality case gives me some piece of mind and some really positive comments from folks at the shop. This card box is very good quality it is a very hard material that has a latch lock that would protect any collectable cards. My son placed his collectable cards inside and it has protected them from getting bent or damaged in any way. This case is very durable and should last a very long time with its very hard outer shell. Great product two thumbs up!

This case is good quality for the price. Im not sure it would hold up to being thrown around, but its definitely a good start to keeping your cards protected. I would still recommend this product.

When you are traveling lightly, this is the answer to the question of: how are you going to get your cards there? Two rows of PSA-graded slabs will be protected in this case with a foam divider to stop your cards from shifting out of place. Definitely one of the better brands and products out there
